It was a really an interesting affair when Titans was announced as the new national champion, leaving behind defending champion Dynamitez and the rest of the pack far behind with a fast paced magnificent routine. But the result also came to some disatisfaction to some. Hot favorites, Shirtliff was on everyone's lips. And even the CBN team Xavier was considered as one of the hot picks too. But in the end, both teams only manage 4th and 5th placing. Blitzers, Calyx and Adele too was no way near there. And it took newcomers Anchorz and Stunners to still some action.

everyone knows that shirtliff is one of the best! shirtliff punye difficulty of stunts mmg every year one level higher then the rest and they're routine every year mmg entertaining but in a routine everything has to be balance.. they focus too much on doing stunts yg gempak gempak until their motions and cheer mcm ala kadar je this year... if u get 10/10 for difficulty pun marks yg lain low... do u guys agree?

well, shirtliff's stunts are obviously tremendous and a level higher then the rest, but they never forget about their motions. their motions were really sharp and one of the strongest in this competition plus their dance was awesome! it was such an entertaining routine and i really think that they deserve a top spot!
well, sellors perform absolutely well, although they drop on d 1st day of cheer 2006 but they stil manage 2 get into top 3 man...so..keep it up SELLORS!!!! I LUV U GALZ!!!!

BCA loves watching teams yg uses the crowd while they're cheering. for example: TITANS- they used the crowd, yell A yell M yell C. AMC TITANS. if korang tgk the video's at BCA comeptitions mmg semua teams pon ada cam tuh. Mmg the britians loves crowd cheers.
So no wonder TITANS both days marks very high. Dah its the judges favourite.
THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAVOURITISME
BETWEEN SPECTATORS AND JUDGES.
SPECTATORS -LOVES THE SPORT,LOVES THE ENTERTAINMENT
JUDGES -LOVES THE SPORT,LOVES THE ENTERTAINMENT BUT FOCUSES ON SO MANY THINGS THAT THEY TEND TO CHOOSE WHICH TEAM HAS THE MOST AREAS.

*xavier was clean both days,had a very safe routine-they were goood and they deserve the merit award. tho at times i do think they could hav won top3 but like i said,its favouritisme of the judges.
*dynamitez were good,both days altho they fell,the routine was real good.
*sellors,had a very gd impact on everyone. they had a very welll done basket toss! i was so impreseeed! :)
*shirtliff did a splendid routine on the first day.
second day wasn't up to their usual standards. they had a very creative routine. great stunts. excellent dance cheography but when u watch the video again n again,u get to see their mistakes,eventho they fell AGAIN which doesnt count in deductions -according to the judges* what put their scores down was that they were out of bounce. meaning they move here and there like there was insecurity between the whole positioning. so yeah.
its just my point of view.
all school's know where they stand.

i was pretty surprised that shirtliff didn't the at least the top 3 placing. it seemed that titans' performance was good, but i'm a little skeptical..
i guess Sellors deserved to get the top 3 spot. i thought they were good last year, but they didn't make an impact. good for them this year!

sellors's main flier injured badly on the 1st day of the competition last year, n they've only got 15 ppl on the 1st day instead of usual 16, tt's y they could only get 15 after 2 days competition.
shirtliff should've win the title though. hrhmp. biased judges, oh well, xavier did an awesome job too. =)

SHIRTLIFF IS THE BEST! NO DOUBTS! They did great eventhough they were some mistakes but the MOVES they used was SUPERB. No words can describe it. They spent a lot a time and effort on it. Believe me, i know. Always staring down when they were training. XD anywayz, theres next year. the seniors? ur always welcomed here in sbu. always.

shirtliff didnt complain about just the stunts. they're just not happy with the scoresheet for both days. which only a few people know how big different it was. so stop posting bull story.
I think every team did a great job. I support Shirtliff personally and they are still the best in my heart. The result's out. If you're not statisfied, try again next year. There's always room for improvement. Have a nice day.
shirtliff has always been a great team with amazing teamwork!theyre stunts have been over the limits of other teams and they have always been that "whoa" team.not winning the title this year has definately left an impact, but trust me im pretty sure it hasnt let any of their hopes down or even lessen the spirit of cheerleading in SBU. ever since the days of BBGS, cheerleading has played a major role in the school. for students of BBGS&SBU, you may all agree with me that we not only cheer for the title, but also for the school spirit that we've built and planted in us since primary one.
To Shirtliff, you guys did an amazing job in cheer! And im sure you're gonna bounce back next year! GOOD JOB!GOOD JOB!

it was a waste that shirtliff didn't make it to the top. the whole routine was awesome+entertaining! i would say that it was an outstanding routine compared to the rest. wish i could see shirtliff perform again. =)

haha nice one! arent u ppl aware dat d world DOES NOT revolve around shirtliff?! n they deserve equal chance to win as everyone else..do not blame d judges for being bias, coz firstly, u're not a judge, n definitely not qualified to be one..secondly, they're more experienced in judging n u guys shud respect watever their decisions are..n thirdly, they're nice ppl ^^..so rite..stop accusing other ppl just bcoz shirtliff didnt win anything..they actually did a fantastic job! eventhough it was an almost perfect routine as there were no major falls, i guess they missed out somewhere..but still..its not all about winning..but having fun n gaining one of d most valueble experience in ur high school life..take things d right way n forget all d grudges n regrets..well, i just hope no one argues about this pointless issue again..we shud have more sportsmanship! there's always next year =]

i do agree with the 2 comments above me, but come to think of it..try to put yourself in their(shirtliff) shoes and think. if you did a routine which is really close to perfect and wasted all your time and enery practising, plus most of the people liked the routine but in the end gained nothing..how would you feel?

Sometimes you menang, sometimes you kalah.
If you said that EMAS didn't deserve to do much since CHARM always beat them, that's like slapping the other cheer squads (who didn't win during competition) straight at the face with the 'fact' that they should just give up on cheer.
oh my gowd people, menang bising. kalah pun bising. cheer emas was organised by team all stars who went to uk last year. scp sponsored them and in return to organise a cheerleading competition. it was good to see charm winning, at least cheer emas was fair. not like some other competitions...oops. by the way, there's nothing to prove yet who is better. charm or extreme because both teams has not met in any competitions yet! the ones in cheer emas was extreme's junior team. hmmmm...
I thank Jude for being a great cheer activist. Trying his best to do cheerleading activities for us. Orang yg bising tuh, ape kata u pulak organise something. Jude did a clinic with Rangsit, a competition. What else huh?

for those who marah why their teams didnt win this year when they always win every year....well it's bcoz this is a competition guys....some will win some will lose...maybe previous years they were really good but maybe this year they're still good but there are other teams who work their asses off to take the championship....dun blame the judges or anything...it's jz there's more amazing teams out there tht wants the championship as much as u do...so u gotta work much much more to take the championship back
