MALAYSIA BOLEH!

CHARM All Stars will be competing at Cheer Rock 2005 in Singapore on December 2. Ten teams will be competing in the Open category. And CHARM is Malaysia's sole entry!

I am planning a trip to Singapore with Nita and Diha (senior members of Team All Stars) to watch the Cheer Rock competition. CHARM All Stars will be representing Malaysia, and hoepfully our loud and crazy cheer will spur them on!

Anyway this trip is a meaningful one to me as I will be sitting for an exam. This exam is for trainers and coaches and if I were to pass this, I will be given a certificate of Level 1. Hope to excell in this because I have so much in mind for 2006. For Team All Stars and all cheerleading teams in Malaysia.

CHEERLEADING COMPETITION 2005

Please be informed that the above mentioned event which is to take place on 26th and 27th of November has been postponed to March 2006 due to unforseen circumstances.

Spotlight: Greenup County

This coming week I will be posting a few articles and pictures on Greenup County High School cheerleading team. Tagged the best team ever from the America, the Musketeers created many firsts in the American cheerleading history! For the record, Greenup is my favorite cheerleading team! GO BIG GREEN!

Claim To Fame: Thirteen UCA high school national championships (including one partner stunt title)—the first in 1981. Too many local, state and regional titles to mention!

History In The Making: Greenup County’s success brought Candy and her squads so much attention that in 1999 they were made the subjects of a book— We’ve Got Spirit: The Life And Times Of America’s Greatest Cheerleading Team.

Cheer Emas participant update

The Cheer Emas competition is merely a month away. So far we have enquiries and expecting entry forms to be send in next week. Teams that we can expect to compete on that day:
